What we collect and why
- Account details (name, email, password hash, optional phone and town) — to provide your account (contract).
- Applications and enquiries (message, phone, CV) — shared only with the business you choose, with your explicit consent each time.
- Business profiles and listings — published publicly so customers can find you.
- Technical data (IP address, security logs) — to protect the service from abuse (legitimate interests).
We do not ask for passport, visa or immigration case details, and we ask you not to put them in messages.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from My account → Account & privacy; this removes your applications, enquiries and uploaded files from our systems. Businesses that received your details are separate controllers of their copy.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
