1. What Immigration Bee is

Immigration Bee is an online directory and marketplace that connects job seekers with employers, tenants with landlords and letting agents, and customers with professional service providers in the UK. We are not a government website, an employment agency, a letting agent or a law firm, and we do not give immigration, legal or financial advice.

2. Free for job seekers and tenants

We never charge job seekers to search for or apply to jobs. Businesses may pay for profiles, listings or featured placement; paid placements are always labelled.

3. Business responsibilities

• Employers must only advertise genuine vacancies, must not charge candidates any fee, and must only state that visa sponsorship is available if they hold a valid sponsor licence and intend to sponsor the role.
• Landlords and agents must advertise genuine properties with accurate rent, deposit, council tax and EPC information, follow the Tenant Fees Act and protect deposits in an approved scheme. Letting agents must belong to a redress scheme.
• Service providers must hold any authorisation required for their services (for example SRA or IAA registration for immigration advice) and keep their registration details accurate.
• Personal data received from users must only be used to respond to that application or enquiry and in line with UK GDPR.

4. Verification

A Verified badge means we checked the provider's registration number on the regulator's public register on the date shown. It is not a recommendation or a guarantee of quality or outcome.

5. Removing content

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms, are misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent. Please use “Report this listing” on any page.
